Long fermented whole grain flour leavened with a wild culture sourdough starter. The ancient method of making bread.

This versatile loaf is made from organic high protein flour, which involves a 30 hour fermentation. The inside is extremely soft with an airy texcture whilst the outside is crunchy.

We use a blend of high protein organic flour sustainably cultivated.

This loaf contains: organic Italian sprouted white flour, organic Italian stone milled wholewheat flour, 2% salt, water and our sourdough starter.
