Dubai's organic sourdough bakery
Arto has baked real sourdough in Dubai since 2023: organic Italian flour, water, salt and a wild starter, fermented for 30 hours and never a gram of commercial yeast. We bake through the night and deliver across Dubai every morning between 7 am and 1 pm — order by 10 pm and it is on your doorstep the next day.
Beside the bread: hand-rolled croissants layered with French butter, cookies and biscotti, and a small Greek pantry of olive oil, honey and tsoureki.
Delivery only — there is no shop to visit. Just real bread, baked tonight, at your door by morning.
