Arto operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”), in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience.
Our store runs on the Shopify platform, which allows us to provide these Services securely and efficiently.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://www.arto.ae/policies/privacy-policy).
If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Services.

Section 1 – Access and Account
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, and that you give consent for any minors under your supervision to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
To place orders, you may be asked to provide details such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
Accounts may not be sold, shared, or transferred without our prior written consent.

Section 2 – Our Products
We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, the colours, appearance, and finish of products may vary depending on your screen and device settings.
As we bake in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations are part of the artisanal nature of our products.
We do not warrant that our products will meet every individual expectation.
Descriptions and prices may change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit or discontinue items at any time.

Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Arto reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Your order is confirmed only once we have processed your payment and sent you a confirmation email.
If we cannot accept or need to amend an order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Orders may be cancelled before production starts, but not once baking has begun or delivery is in progress.
Refunds and returns follow our Refund Policy.
Orders are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing
All prices are in AED and include applicable UAE VAT.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude delivery fees and import or customs charges (if applicable).
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge the stated amount using your chosen method.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system, and Arto does not store full credit card details.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package leaves our facility, title and risk transfer to you.
If you ask us to leave your order outside or unattended, you do so at your own responsibility, especially in high temperatures.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property
All text, designs, images, graphics, product names, logos, and other content on our website are the property of Arto Fabrica Baker Co LLC or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Arto’s name and logo are trademarks of Arto Fabrica Baker Co LLC. Other product and service names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.

    We may also refuse or cancel any order that violates these rules or any promotional terms.

If you submit comments, reviews, photos, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use that Feedback for marketing, service improvement, or promotional purposes.

Natural variation is part of our handcrafted baking process.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Arto and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Services or our products.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Arto and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Section 18 – Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Section 19 – Entire Agreement and Waiver
These Terms, together with any posted policies (including our Privacy, Refund, and Cancellation Policies), constitute the entire agreement between you and Arto.
Failure by us to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Section 20 – Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
We may assign our rights and obligations at any time in connection with a business transfer or reorganisation.

Section 21 – Governing Law
These Terms and all related transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
