Cancellation policy

Overview
This Subscription Cancellation Policy explains how recurring Arto subscriptions (for example, weekly or monthly bread plans) can be managed, paused, or cancelled.
We want this process to be simple and transparent, while keeping things fair for both our customers and our bakery team.


1. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account or by contacting us at info@arto.ae.
You’ll be able to:

  • Pause upcoming deliveries.

  • Update your delivery address, billing details, or product selection.

  • Cancel your plan before the next billing cycle renews.

Changes will apply to future orders only. Orders already in production or dispatched cannot be changed or refunded.


2. How to Cancel
To cancel, please send an email to info@arto.ae or WhatsApp us at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.
If you cancel after the renewal has processed or production has started, the current delivery will still be completed and billed.
Your cancellation will take effect starting from the next billing cycle.


3. Refunds After Cancellation

  • Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will not be charged again.

  • No refunds are issued for subscription periods already processed or in production.

  • If a cancellation occurs before renewal and within the notice period, no further payments will be collected.

All refunds (if applicable) are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Pausing or Skipping a Delivery
If you’re travelling or simply want to skip a week, you can pause or skip an upcoming delivery without cancelling your subscription.
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery, and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.


5. Product or Schedule Changes
You may update your delivery frequency or switch to other available subscription products.
Any changes will apply from the next billing period unless otherwise agreed.


6. Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected frequency (for example, weekly or monthly).
You will continue to be charged at the prevailing subscription rate until you pause or cancel your plan in accordance with this policy.


7. Misuse and Fair Use
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions that show repeated payment failures, false claims, or misuse of promotional offers or discounts.
In such cases, remaining deliveries may be stopped and refunds handled at our discretion.


8. Cancellation by Arto
In rare cases, Arto may cancel or suspend your subscription (for example, due to unavailability of ingredients, logistical limitations, or account misuse).
If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a refund for any unfulfilled portion.
