We want you to love every bite of your Arto bread and pastries. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — simply and fairly.
Our Promise
If you ever receive a product that’s damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll happily replace it or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

A few things to note
Because all our breads and pastries are 100% natural and preservative-free, they’re best enjoyed fresh. Refunds or replacements don’t apply when:

Products are kept outside or in hot conditions after delivery.

Items are stored or frozen incorrectly or consumed after their natural shelf life.

Refund requests come several days or weeks later without proof of defect.

Discounts or promotions have been used in ways that go against their terms.
How we process refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you used a discount code, the discounted amount is not refundable.
