A naturally sweet twist on traditional sourdough
Our Carob Sourdough Loaf is a unique take on traditional sourdough, crafted with premium stone-milled carob flour for a subtle natural sweetness and rich earthy depth. Slow-fermented with our natural sourdough starter, it develops a beautifully open crumb, crisp crust and complex flavour without the use of commercial yeast.
Carob has been enjoyed throughout the Mediterranean for centuries and brings gentle notes reminiscent of cocoa and toasted malt—without the bitterness. The result is a loaf that's wholesome, aromatic and exceptionally versatile.
Perfect enjoyed simply with butter, paired with mature cheeses, drizzled with olive oil, or alongside soups and salads.
