Overview
We want your Arto breads and pastries to arrive as fresh as they come out of the oven. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries, shipping times, and related conditions for online orders across the UAE.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Dubai and selected surrounding areas.
If you’re outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us before placing an order — we’ll do our best to accommodate or guide you to the nearest pickup option.
2. Delivery Schedule
Our delivery days and timings may vary depending on your area.
You’ll be able to select an available time slot at checkout or receive confirmation once your order is processed.
Deliveries are typically made between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and we aim to reach you within the selected window.
3. Delivery Conditions
To ensure freshness and food safety:

Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.

If you request to leave your bag outside, we’ll do so at your own responsibility — UAE temperatures can affect product quality.

Once the order is marked as delivered, ownership and responsibility transfer to you.

Arto cannot guarantee product quality for orders left unattended.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions or minimum order thresholds for complimentary delivery.
5. Processing Time
Orders are baked and prepared fresh each day.
Please place your order before the daily cut-off time shown on our website to ensure next-day delivery.
Orders received after the cut-off will be processed for the following delivery day.
6. Delays and Exceptions
We do our best to deliver on time, but occasionally factors like traffic, weather, or road closures may cause delays.
We will always try to notify you if your order will arrive later than expected.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7. Shipping Outside Dubai
For bulk, wholesale, or regional orders (e.g., Abu Dhabi, Sharjah), shipping terms are subject to availability and courier service options.
Please contact info@arto.ae for arrangements, lead times, and temperature-controlled transport.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Arto is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
9. Undeliverable Orders
If our driver is unable to reach you upon delivery, we’ll always try to contact you by phone or message.
If we don’t hear back within a reasonable time, the order may be marked as delivered or returned to our facility.
Because our breads and pastries are freshly made and preservative-free, we’re unfortunately unable to re-deliver items once they’ve left our cold room or may have been exposed to UAE heat.
10. Subscription Deliveries
If you are a subscription customer, your deliveries will follow your selected schedule.
To skip or pause a delivery, please notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled drop to avoid being charged for that cycle.

11. International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. All deliveries are made within the United Arab Emirates.
12. Shipping & Handling Disclaimer
All Arto products are made fresh and contain no preservatives.
Once delivered, proper storage is essential to maintain quality and safety.
Arto is not responsible for spoilage or product degradation caused by:

Exposure to high temperatures after delivery.

Improper storage (e.g., leaving bread in sealed bags in heat or direct sunlight).

Delays resulting from incorrect addresses or unavailability to receive the order.
While we take every care to deliver promptly and in excellent condition, our responsibility ends once your order is confirmed as delivered.
Please store your breads and pastries as advised on the packaging or website to keep them at their best.
