Greek Mountain Honey - Wild Thyme - Organic | 800gr

A distinctive certified organic (BIO) honey harvested from the wild thyme and aromatic mountain flora of Crete, Greece.

Growing at altitudes of up to 1,500 metres, wild Cretan thyme thrives in the island’s warm, dry climate and pristine mountain landscapes. These unique natural conditions give the honey its rich golden-amber colour, intense herbal aroma and smooth, dense texture.

Produced following organic beekeeping standards, this honey comes from bees foraging in natural, pesticide-free mountain environments. Carefully harvested by Meligyris, a Cretan beekeeping family with a tradition dating back to 1920, it preserves the authentic taste and character of the island’s remarkable flora.

Enjoy it with Greek yogurt, warm sourdough, herbal tea or cheese, or simply by the spoonful.

An authentic expression of Crete’s wild mountain nature, organic purity and generations of beekeeping tradition.
