Mirtilo Extravaganza - ORGANIC BLUEBERRY JAM

Our jams are made with 85% fruit and reduced cane sugar content, meticulously packaged in eye-catching glass jars that have been screen-printed and labeled by hand.

They are elaborated with organic raw materials sourced from small-scale farmers, to which cane sugar and organic lemon juice are added. As well as having no preservatives or artificial colors, they are 100% organic, gluten-free, vegan and GMO-free. They are elaborated in small batches with a view to preserving the properties and benefits of the fruits, as well as their aromas and flavors, using renewable energy sources in our small artisanal factory.

Ingredients: Blueberries*, cane sugar*, lemon juice*, fruit pectin. *Organic/Bio Certified.

Prepared with 85g fruit per 100g and reduced sugar**. Total sugar content 28g per 100g (naturally occurring sugar + cane sugar). Energy 543Kj 128Kcal. Fat 0,4g: Saturated 0,1g. Carbohydrates 30g: Sugars 28g. Protein 0,6g. Salt 0,0g.

**This jam contain 40% less sugar than traditional jams on the market.

Serving suggestions: It can be served with pâtés, fresh cheeses, ice creams or yoghurts.​
