Organic Bitter Orange Marmalade

Our jams are made with 85% fruit and reduced cane sugar content, meticulously packaged in eye-catching glass jars that have been screen-printed and labeled by hand.

They are elaborated with organic raw materials sourced from small-scale farmers, to which cane sugar and organic lemon juice are added. As well as having no preservatives or artificial colors, they are 100% organic, gluten-free, vegan and GMO-free. They are elaborated in small batches with a view to preserving the properties and benefits of the fruits, as well as their aromas and flavors, using renewable energy sources in our small artisanal factory.

Ingredients: Bitter oranges*, cane sugar*, fruit pectin. *Organic/Bio Certified.

Prepared with 65g fruit per 100g and reduced sugar**. Total sugar content 38g per 100g (naturally occurring sugar + cane sugar). Energy 823Kj 194Kcal. Fat 0,2g: Saturated 0,0g. Carbohydrates 46g: Sugars 38g. Protein 0,6g. Salt 0,0g. **This marmalade contain 30% less sugar than traditional jams on the market.

Serving suggestions: It can be used to make vinaigrettes as well as sweet and sour dressings, to dress salads or to make chocolate sponge cakes and desserts. It goes well with vanilla and ginger.
